Next steps after your account has been approved and upon receipt of funds.
Once your account has been approved by our Compliance Team, you will be required to transfer your initial funds in order to set up your account credentials by the Operations Team. The GCEX Operations will then proceed with the account set-up on receipt of funds.
Please inform clientservices@gc.exchange once the funds have been sent to ensure there is no delay in account creation. Once your initial deposit has been received, trading credentials will be issued to all authorised dealers of the account.
