Fiat – For fiat withdrawals, an authorised signatory of the account will need to complete and sign a withdrawal form before sending to clientservices@gc.exchange. The cut-off for same-day fiat withdrawals is 12:00 GMT.
Cryptocurrency – For withdrawals of digital assets, please have an authorised signatory contact GCEX operations at clientservices@gc.exchange specifying the currency, amount and whitelisted wallet you want to withdraw from. The cut-off time for same-day withdrawals is 17:00 GMT.
