Find out what are the differences if you are a WebTrader or MetaTrader client.
For WebTrader clients: Account statements will be sent on a daily basis, to authorised signatories, authorised dealers and authorised operators. Monthly statements will be sent on the first working day of each month. Additional individuals and/or department emails can receive account statements if we receive authorisation from an authorised signatory.
For Metatrader clients: All relevant reports can be generated directly in the terminal.
