Client Whitelisting Procedure and Initial Funds Transfer
All client wallets must be whitelisted prior to sending the client crypto deposit instructions (Digital Assets SSIs) and accepting crypto deposits.
GCEX will only accept funds from a whitelisted wallet address owned solely by the client (the client should hold the private keys of their wallet) or held in a regulated custodian.
We will not accept funds coming from a centralised exchange (custodial wallets) as these services route withdrawals through an omnibus wallet of the exchange¹
.
Whitelisting Procedure:
1) Proof of wallet ownership of the assets according to the type of wallet
